The Union Pacific Railroad and Barnes Baker Motors of Trenton teamed up to provide a solution to the transportation problems of the Green Hills Women’s Shelter. Barnes Baker Motors of Trenton provided a late model Ford Freestyle to the Shelter and accepted the Union Pacific Grant of $5000.00 designated for Shelter transportation needs. The Freestyle will be used to transport domestic violence and sexual assault victims to court proceedings, job interviews, medical appointments and other direct service needs. We thank the Union Pacific Railroad and Barnes Baker Motors of Trenton for their support of the Green Hills Women’s Shelter.
