The Green Hills Women’s Shelter, Cameron Site, is seeking bids for a new HVAC system. Companies/ individuals interested in bidding on the new HVAC system can contact Tammy Taylor at (816) 632-4900 to schedule an appointment time on Friday, October 12th from 10 to 2 p.m. to tour the facility. Bids will be accepted through November 2nd @ 5 p.m. Please submit a copy of your proposal, in a sealed interior envelope marked as such, via U.S. mail to Gagnon Law Firm, PO Box 208, Lathrop, MO 64465, or in person at 601 Oak Street, Lathrop, MO 64465. The shelter reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to modify or change contractual requirements, or to accept any bid which it believes to be in its best interest.

50% Tax Credits Available

Green Hills Women's Shelter received formal notification from the Department of Social Services on July 30, 2018 that we are qualified to receive donations during State Fiscal Year 2019 (July 1, 2018-June 30, 2019) under the Domestic Violence Tax Credit which was established in Section 135.550 RsMo. Each shelter's allocation is $40,000 of the total $2 million in tax credits that are available. These tax credits are available with a minimum of $100.00 purchase and a maximum of our total allocated funds. If you are interested in purchasing tax credits during the 2018-2019 fiscal year, please contact Tammy Taylor at either of our shelter sites (Cameron: 816-632-4900 or Trenton 660-359-3297) or by emailing her at ttaylor@ghwshelter.org.      These funds are crucial to the agency being able to offer unrestricted direct client services.
