The 8th Annual Chief’s Tea, sponsored by Trenton’s Chief of Police Rex Ross, is Friday, April 3, 2020, 11 am-1 pm and will be held at the First Assembly of God Activity Center, 1107 E 11th St. in Trenton.  Come join us for a delicious luncheon and hear our guest speaker tell her story of abuse, how she left, obstacles she had to overcome and how Green Hills Women’s Shelter helped her get to where she is today. We will also do a quick run through of one of the characters in the “In Her Shoes” simulation, where the audience will be able to participate in making decisions in a real life story of a victim of domestic violence. As always, we will have wonderful baskets to bid on during a silent auction. So don’t forget your checkbook!
